On April 23, six grill masters converged on Baltimore for a Battle of the Pork Tenderloin. The judging was masked and anonymous and when the scores were tallied, your own grill master was the victor! The winning recipe was a variation on the coffee crusted pork tenderloin with red eye barbecue sauce in BBQ USA. Why so much coffee? Steven had just returned from Japan and the espresso was designed to fight jet lag!
