Every year, Steven teaches a seminar at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. This three day extravaganza of wine, food, seminars, and celebrities set in the glam former mining town of Aspen, Colorado. Here are Steven and Barbara with Top Chef host, Tom Colicchio.



Steven’s demo featured recipes from his new book Planet Barbecue. In the space of 45 minutes, he prepared Korean-style grilled oysters, Venetian grilled shrimp, Tubac T-bone, Cambodian grilled corn, and muscat marinated pineapple grilled with sea salt. Next year, the Aspen Food & Wine Festival takes place June 19-21. It’s a really great party. Hope to see some of you there.
