Great job BubbaQue. When I read your first post, I was hoping that you made you own pimento cheese. Glad to see that you did. Now....you did make it right and you used Duke's Mayo, right? :wink:

Having lived in New Orleans for 30 years I'm a Blue Plate guy. My cousin Chef Robert Carter of Carters Kitchen in Charleston took pimento cheese to the James Beard house. Got to love it.
