Nothing fancy, just 2 pounds of ground beef doctored up with some store-brand A.1. and a little hot sauce. I had planned on making regular burgers but when I found a dozen mini kaiser rolls I decided to change things up a bit. I only had 3 slices of American cheese so I made 6 with cheese and 6 without.

They turned out pretty good and had a nice bit of extra flavor from the sauce. It's fun to try new and different things but sometimes a regular old burger hits the spot!

Mrs. Chicken had ketchup and mustard while mine were mustard-only. We still have half of them left and I forgot to bring some in for lunch today.

Great way to use up 3 slices of cheese, too, as opposed to grilled cheese sammiches. Nice work, Brad! :D
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Looks good! I've had leftover fajitas every day since since Sunday. Burgers sound pretty good right about now.
