The local market had beef back ribs on special so I picked up a couple slabs for lunch.
I hit them with some Montreal Steak Seasonings.
I used a basic indirect set up with Stubbs and some pecan chunks.
I grill/smoked them @ about 350* to 375* for about 3 hours till they probed tender.
I let them rest on the counter for about 20 min. uncovered. No sauce, no sides just naked ribs. A tasty lunch with plenty left over for breakfast tomorrow.
