Last good barbecue book I read and I read it cover to cover a month or so ago was Andy Husbands' and Chris Hart's with Andrea Pyenson and forward by some guy named Raichlen "Wicked Good Barbecue Fearless Recipes From Two Damn Yankees Who Won The Biggest, Baddest BBQ Competition In The World" Grand Champions at The Jack in 2009. Cook's Choice in 2006 & 2008 at The Jack. 2007 Brisket Champ at the American Royal.
