My contribution to the party comes from last weekend's church picnic... we did 21 racks, plus a couple shoulders...

Wow - that's the way to wrap up the party: with another party! :D

Thanks to everyone who showed up and posted here. Now it's time for September's event. This time it's pork, in all its many versions (ribs and wild boar included). :cheers:

I didn't get a nose count, but the 175-count package of paper plates had 8 or 9 left when we were done. I'd guess 150+...
