A friend dropped off a couple rolls of Venison Bratwurst a couple days ago. And I'm glad he did! We kinda did the opposite of Raichlen's Mile-Long Brat, so instead of lining up several brats on a baguette, we lined up several buns under a long brat. Turned out great!

Meanwhile, I think I still haven't figured out how to post pictures. :cheers:

Great looking sausages, BaasPro! I get those up here from a local sausage maker and they're similar.

As for the pics, try resizing them to 640x480 pixels, or to 800x600 before posting. I find this works.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

That's pretty cool! How long was the brat and does he normally make them that long, or was it special request?

No, I think that's just how they make them. They came from a local place called Yoder's Specialty Meats.
