Well I screwed up since forgot to take pictures but I did do last weekend (Yes technically May) half a Pork loin cut into chops and made up a nice Korean BBQ rub I put on and let work in for almost 7 hours.
Used Jack-Daniels barrel chips for the smoke, turned out nice. Also made up some spinach and mushroom risotto (Florentine Risotto minus the artichokes since I was all out)
I usually avoid Stockton as well. I am in the bay area during the week for work and foothills on the weekend. Usually my "honey-do" list is to long to venture out. If I do it is to Lodi at Habenero Hots
