Sunday was such a beautiful day, had to fire up the egg. the wife made up some awesome spiced chicken kabobs, paired it with some grilled broccoli. Buy the way, love my flat skewers:

The wife made up some Chimichurri sauce for the kabobs

Plate up up and serve it with an awesome fig salad:

The kabobs look good...was paprika one of the spices? Or did the red color come from something else?

I like your taste in grill baskets, too! :lol:

Those are some seriously great-looking kebabs, sroach!
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Thanks Guys, I was real happy with the way they came out.

Brad, it's actually chili powder and orange rind, you can taste the orange in every bite.
