So I was waiting for my new fridge to be delivered and had an afternoon to kill so I decided to smoke some ribs.
While waiting for the ribs to cook I made some burgers for lunch too. :)

last one got a little fuzzy but trust me it was good.

This ECB smoker is actually working out pretty well.
I've used less charcoal using this then I would have using my old chargriller with fsb.
And the family really like the ribs.
Always a plus.

That's a great way to kill some time while waiting for the fridge to be delivered!! LOL. Some fine looking ribs you made there.

I think the most impressive thing is getting a major appliance delivered on a Sunday!

Nice cooks, guys! Nothing says barbecue like ribs and chicken!
