My boss's son got married last night and my boss asked if I would cook some pork butts for a pre-wedding party on Friday night. I loaded the Gator down with 6 butts. I didn't get any pics after they were pulled, but here is one I snapped while they were doing their magic on the pit.

Nice bark! What was the total raw weight?

I'll bet they had some nice smoke rings...

Thanks - they were all approx 9 - 10# each, so roughly 60# total. I was told that there wasn't any left, so I'll take that as a good sign. :)
