I believe this book was published in 2003. :wink: Although I don't have it, I'll bet it's a good one. :D

I own it. It is a take on healthy recipes. Kind of like a standard cookbook:Appetizers, soup, salad, pasta, fish, poultry etc Its a good book, no stories or restaurant info like his other books BBQUSA rules!!

Oh, 21 or older is related to drinking age...it must have alcohol-related recipes.
