Last night I grilled up about 5-1/2 pounds of beef ribs using the Lone Star Ribs recipe in "Ribs, Ribs, Outrageous Ribs". The judges pronounced them good, although my wife said they were "a bit spicy" and the older child would only eat the meat after it had been sliced from the bone.

I had 3 mini-slabs of varying thickness, which made it possible to have meat ranging from rare to medium-well. The variety was nice.
