We had a wonderful Tandoori Chicken from the Beer Can Chicken book tonight. I had to do a couple of adaptations to the marinade; we don't mix meat and milk, and there's yogurt in the marinade. I used tofu (soft), blended the rest of the spices together (I omitted the red food coloring; that just looks strange to me), with a couple of additions of my own, and it was wonderful. My husband had a great time doing this one; our 7 year old loves all of Steven's recipes so far. That's the best testimonial I can give!
