I recently made this from Steven's HOW TO GRILL book.

Not sure if it was the rub, the mopping (I used Steven;s recipe for each), but the smoke ring was INCREDIBLE. Deepest and brightest color I have ever achieved.

I also smoked another brisket at the same time, this one I used a Cajun Injector. It was also a big success. If you like, check out my blog, I have campared each with lots of photos[/img]
The suburban Cul de Sac is where it's at and my backyard is the place to be!
