Did my first butts on my new CG last week. Started fire at 5 am, butts on at 7 am. Reached 165 and into foil pans and 240 degree oven at 9 pm. Out and toweled at 1115 pm. Pulled at 1215 am. What a day.

Welcome aboard, SmokinFly! :D
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
