My wife and I just finished supper, which I prepared on our Santa Fe CHARCOAL grill and smoker. I fixed pork steaks and grilled corn, over a mix of mesquite lump charcoal and mesquite chunks. the corn was to die for, My hat is off to Steve for the great recipe. The pork steaks were prepared with Steve's Basic Rub, and I put the Basic BBQ Sauce on mine, My mouth thought I had died and gone to heaven. Thank you, Steve.

I have a question about your program on PBS (which we have not received for 2 weeks now, as KAET, in Phoenix was in one of their pledge drives. At the beginning of Steve's show, it looks as if the tape is being run in reverse. Steve is amongst all those grills and smokers, and I swear it looks like the smoke is going INTO the units. Am I seeing things, or does anyone else see this?
