Just wanted to thank you and add another testimonial to the effect that you've have had on grilling. I was already interested in grilling when my wife gave me HTG for Christmas, but since then it has opened my eyes to how much stuff you can grill (and how much better it tastes). I now have the attitude that if you can't grill at least one thing in a meal, why waste your time. :wink:

Your grilled pineapple and corn have been the biggest hits so far and I look forward to working my way through all the recipes. (Maybe one day I'll have the money for lobster or prime rib.)
