Ever try a keto diet? All the fatty meats you want (kind of). Just slap a dry rub on those ribs and briskets. The flat of the brisket is pretty lean if you need the lean meat.
A bbq is only PARTLY about the food. It's MOSTLY about getting together and hanging out in the backyard with friends.
