Unfortunately, my Weber-neighbor and good friend has had to move, and now I have no grilling buddies next door to 'share the smoke signals' with....bummed. I got all my grill toys from him, so now all I have left are my gadgets, and my three 22 1/2" kettles, my Smokey Joe, and the Electric grill - my last birthday present from him. No one else on the block is a grilling guru, so I just post this to say I stand alone after 12 years of partner-grillin' bliss.......my R.I.P. and ode to great memories.

Drag. Sorry to hear about that. Sounds like you need to convert a few neighbors and bring them over to the sunny side of the force!

+1. That worked great for me.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

That's too bad he moved but maybe the new neighbor will have potential, especially if you make up a nice "welcome basket" of grilled things!

Great ideas...I have three grills, plenty of wood (thanks to the storms) and briquets; now I just need to get three fat hens and do my famous BCC's and let the smoke do the work! 8)
