Greetings from Barbecue University everyone! We have a really enterprising class this year. Here was yesterday's menu:

Grilled clams with Italian sausage and sambucca
Mini chicken, bread, and cheese spiedini
Peking duck buns with pineapple salsa
Tandoori lamb ribs with cilantro chutney
Spice rubbed baby backs with dark and stormy barbecue sauce
Brazilian rib roast with ember-charred salsa
Cajun grilled okra with smoky remoulade
Grilled pound cake with fruit salsa and tequila whipped cream

Today is Global Tailgate day. Wish you were here!

And all the students cooked these as part of the curriculum? Now this something I could go back to school for!

Although since there's a golf course on the BBQU campus I'd probably wind up cutting corners with my studies like I did with basketball during my undergrad years...

So do we. Please post pics (small ones - 800x600 or 1024x768 is good). :D

I love yesterday's menu - can't wait to see tonight's!
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
