+1! What did you marinate the steak with?
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

About ten years ago my wifes company Christmas party had an eye of round roast that had great flavor. Round doesn't have much fat so I asked about the flavor. He said it was marinated in a bottle of Dale's, a bottle of Worchestershire sauce, and a small bottle of Zesty Italian dressing. I tried it and I have kept a container of the mix in my frig ever since. I use it on burgers too.

Dale's? Like the root beer?

No. Dales is a commercial meat marinade that is viscous and black. The worchestershire cuts the saltyness of the Dale's and adds a spicy note. I normally dont like Italian dressing as a marionade, but the zesty bite is welcome in this recipe.

Surf & turf on a tortilla - great idea!!

Although how you didn't eat half the shrimp as soon as they came off the grill is beyond me...

Living in the panhandle of Florida has it's advantages. I get fresh shrimp anytime. I shop at Tarpon Dock Seafood a commercial fisher who has a fresh seafood market as well. The Weber site has a recipe called sweet and spicy shrimp which marinates the shrimp in Chipotles and honey then grilled. I eat those like candy.
