Here in Northwest Florida we have BBQ that is mostly southern Alabama and Georgia. The BBQ is pit style and is served with a brown tangy sauce. Its probably a mixture of Carolina mustard based with some tomato product added. Does anyone have a recipe for this type of sauce?

I've tried this sauce, so I'm with BubbaQue. I don't recall seeing it specifically in any of Steven's books, so if anyone has a recipe for this sauce please post it as it was really good. :D
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Thanks I'll try that one. After some searches I have found two that look promising. They have tomatoe paste in them. I'll let you know how they turn out.
