It's been a while since I made up a nice order of Fajita's. So marinaded the flank steak with Red Curry Paste and oil for 8 hours, 4 mins per side.
The wife made up a avocado crema to use as the sauce.
Next were the veggies, Red Pepper, Onions, and Jalapeño peppers
