I bring along a pair of channel-lock pliers for handling hot grates, and moist towelettes and disinfecting cleaner (like Clorox Clean-up or similar) are great for cleanups. A small fire extinguisher is never a bad idea, either, especially when tipsy, butterfingered fans are tossing footballs around!

I also keep a large rubber mallet handy for such fans. :twisted:
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.
