I came across this USDA fact sheet about trichinosis today and thought some of you might be interested.

I found it pretty enlightening and learned a lot about "worms"!

Oh yeah - great reading right after I had pork steaks for dinner last night. :twisted:

I've had a similar report bookmarked for a few years, and all my pork goes in the deep freeze for at least 2 weeks anyway so I'm OK. :D
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Yep....and I just finished grilling/eating sausage flavored pork chops :shock: :shock: If it hasn't gotten me yet......... :D :D
