Howdy. Been offline for a bit, but tonight we tried the Buffalo Ribs from 'Best Ribs Ever' w/ the Gorgonzola Cheese Dip. Also, the Creamy Horseradish Slaw from 'MMM,' which has become a favorite around here with smoked BBQ. Great stuff all around. The St. Louis style ribs were marked down to $1.79/lb at Kroger over the weekend. Stocked up on those! We used Frank's for the sauce, which is salty enough, so next time I'll leave salt out of the rub.

Nicely done, BaasPro! I've made these ribs a few times as well and they're one of my favorites.
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

Great color on the ribs, BP! I've made them as well and really liked how they turned out.

Thanks, guys. I'll definitely do them again. I was short a guest, so I sent half home with a contractor friend. His wife said his eyes rolled back in his head. A few more of these should get me some discounted work around the house!
