I usually have no problems pulling the skin from the bony side of pork spareribs but pulling the skin from the meat's a different story (St. Louis style with the flap). I don't want to mangle the meat but it seems like that happens more often than not, and that's even after trying some of the methods posted here. Anybody else run into this problem? Any good solutions? Thanks!
