Planet Barbecue
Friday, April 2, 2010, was a landmark day for Steven, Workman Publishing, and www.barbecuebible.com.
The first copy of Planet Barbecue rolled off the press. Weighing in at 668 pages with over 600 photographs, 300 recipes, 60 grill master profiles, and a 2-million year history of live-fire cooking, this is simply the most ambitious book Steven has ever written–the product of five years of research, travel, and recipe testing. Above is a map pinpointing some of Steven’s destinations during the research phase of the book.
