Shrimp En Brochette

Finally getting around to posting about the shrimp I did last Thursday. Sorry about the delay, but better late than never, right?

Shrimp En Brochette, or Shrimp Brochette or just bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp. How can that not be good? Also had some regular shrimp, corn, andouille sausage and some french bread. All done on the Egg. Love when you can do a whole meal on the grill.

griffin what do you stuff your shrimp woth ive wraped them with bacon but ive never stiffed them

A sliver of jalapeno and a slice of pepper jack cheese, although I'm sure you can use any type of cheese you like. I might try a serrano pepper next time for a bit more heat.

Wow! That looks scrumptious! I need to try that sometime...

I cannot eat shrimp but the lovely Mrs beast loves it.
