Korean butterflied (thinly sliced) beef short ribs marinated in a sweet salty garlic mixture of sugar, Asian pear, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper, then grilled over charcoal at the table. Served in lettuce leaves with Korean condiments.
