Smokehouse all-natural hickory pellets are a special blend of Ozark hickory and Pacific Northwest alder. This hickory blend adds flavor to ham, bacon, pork and fish. Smokehouse wood pellets have no added flavorings, preservatives or other chemicals. The wood is carefully selected, and dried in extreme temperatures exceeding 1300 degrees to eliminate bugs and mold. The wood is then compressed, preserving purity and natural flavor.
