This electric smoker from Smokin-It is made from 100% 18 gauge, 201 stainless steel and is designed for ease of use and portability. Every Model #3D smoker comes with an integrated PID Digital Temperature Controller with meat probe. The smoker has a temperature range of 0 to 300 degrees F and can hold +/- 3 degrees from set point. It also includes four stainless steel grilling racks.
