Caper Dill Sauce

- Yield: Makes about 1-1/4 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon brined capers, drained and roughly chopped, or more to taste
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Recipe Steps
Step 1: Whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl. Stir in the dill and capers.
Step 2: Add salt and pepper to taste. (Remember, the capers are salty.)
