Barbecue University Goes West! It's official! Steven Raichlen is bringing Barbecue University to the luxurious Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs. The resort (longest-running consecutive winner of both the AAA Five-Diamond and the Mobil Travel Guide Five-Star awards) will host two back-to-back sessions of BBQ U next year on June 1-4 and June 4-7.
