10 Recipe Resolutions in 2016

As we ring in the new year, tradition dictates that we create a resolution (or 12). Among tidiness, exercise, and finally meeting the neighbors, why not involve our favorite place, the grill? New Year's Resolution Happy New Year, everyone! What's your resolution. Mine is to master the newest piece of gear in my grill collection: a Chicago Pizza Oven wood burning oven. Here I'm firing it up for the first time. Three small fires to season the firebrick, before building the first proper fire. The first dish in the oven? Wood fire roasted artichokes with garlic and Myer lemons.
