The PartyQ lets you set your grill to a specific temperature, and takes care of regulating the heat for you. The rugged, armored design comes with a high-temperature probe, which is attached to the grill grate. Once the desired temperature is set on the PartyQ, the BBQ Guru Power Draft Technology kicks in, using a fan to stoke the fire when necessary and learning as it goes.
