Join Steven Raichlen at The Princeton Club for this outdoor summer kick-off BBQ. Steven, alongside The Club’s Executive Chef Michael Bourquin, will serve up a full buffet of recipes from Steven’s newest book Barbecue Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades, in which 200 recipes from around the world show how you can add the expert touch to every dish in your repertoire. After a talk about the book and an interactive Q&A, Steven will be signing books. Each ticket also includes a copy of Barbecue Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades. Attendance is limited to members or guests of members.
