Steven Raichlen will be teaching two cooking classes at All Things Barbecue in Wichita. Each class covers a four-course meal. The 10:00am class (Where There’s Smoke) will feature Caveman T-Bone Steaks, and the 1:00pm class (Greatest Hits of BBQ University) will include Smoked Planked Trout and Chinatown Ribs.
