Lights, camera, action round four.
Here, my step-son Jake Klein, does some behind the scenes prep for my appearance on the popular Japanese morning show, Hanamaru Market.
The menu included planked salmon, barbecued onions, chicken under a brick, and a first for Japanese television: “s’mores.”
It was pretty intimidating being on a TV show where you couldn’t understand what people were saying. But in a sense, barbecue is the international language–I think the hosts loved it. Especially the s’mores.
