Some of you know and belong to the Barbecue Bible 500 Club. For those who don’t, it was founded by two American expats, Robert and Alynne Douglass, who live in southern Spain. For their Covid lockdown project, they decided to cook every recipe in The Barbecue BIble. And now they’re joined by hundreds of other grilling enthusiasts around the world who have undertaken the same challenge.

Each week, they pick a menu based on member submissions, and here’s what they picked in September.
