The Steven Raichlen 500 Club 2025 Challenge

The 500 Club began 2025 with a Challenge! We invited all our 500 Club members to try a Steven Raichlen recipe that they had never made before with a different kind of food, the cuisine of a foreign country, or a novel method of preparation completely new to them, then take a photo and post it to our Club site.
Then we asked Steven to do something we have only done once before, to give his followers the chance to speak with him in person and… ask him anything! Steven replied with an enthusiastic Yes! (as he always does), so sometime in March, we are going to have a video call, where we will have the opportunity to interact with the Grill Master personally.
So don’t miss the chance to up your game! All you have to do is join in the Challenge! So, if you haven’t done so already, post your recipe here in February.
