I’m not the only meatball-obsessed grill guy on Planet Barbecue. Meathead Goldwyn—founder of Amazingribs.com and author of the forthcoming Meathead Method—is another meatball fanatic. He graciously agreed to share his recipe for his mother-in-law’s garlicky, cheesy, beef and pork meatballs—sizzled on the grill and scented with wood smoke.
