Bacon Barbecued Corn
Recipe Notes
- Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 ears sweet corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Project Smoke Kansas City Smoke Rub
- 4 slices thin-sliced bacon
Recipe Steps
Steps: Brush the corn with the melted butter and season with the rub. Spiral a bacon slice around each ear (it should look like a candy cane) and secure with butchers string. Set up the grill for direct grilling. Grill the corn over medium heat, turning often with tongs, until the bacon is crisp, 12 to 15 minutes. Move the corn as needed to dodge flare-ups.
