- Yield: 4 ½ cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider or juice
- ¾ cup cider vinegar
- ½ cup bourbon, or more apple cider
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe Steps
1: Combine all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Transfer the sauce to a food-safe spray bottle and use right away or refrigerate. Use within 1 to 2 days of making.
