Cornell Chicken Barbecue Sauce

- Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, preferably Hellmann’s
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Recipe Steps
1: Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to mix, adding salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for up to a week if not using immediately.
