Creole Mustard Sauce
Horseradish, hot sauce, and mustard give this slather sauce plenty of fire power. One good brand of Creole mustard is Zatarain’s, from Louisiana. Whisk together mayonnaise, Creole mustard, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of Tabasco (or your preferred hot sauce). Add minced celery, green olives, and drained capers. The result is a flavorful sauce that pairs well with Hedgehog Hot Dogs or any other dish you fancy. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
