Fennel Pepper Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cola
- 3 tablespoon Project Smoke Fennel Pepper Rub
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 6 to 7 pound cooked bone-in ham
Recipe Steps
Steps: Combine the brown sugar, cola, mustard, and rub in a mixing bowl and whisk to mix. Set up the grill for indirect grilling and preheat to medium. Add 1-1/2 cup soaked drained hardwood chips to the coals. Cover the cut end of the ham with heavy-duty foil. Place on the grill grate away from the fire, foiled end down. Grill until the internal temperature is 135 degrees, about 1-1/2 hours. Tip the ham on its side and remove the foil. Brush the ham with the glaze the last 30 minutes. Repeat once more before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
