Garlic Lime Beer Butter

This garlic lime beer butter is a quick and easy way to add flavor to your grilled dishes. You start by melting butter in a saucepan, which you can do right on the grill. Then you cook some minced garlic in it until it smells good, but don’t let it brown. Next, you pour in some Pilsner beer and let it bubble for a couple of minutes. Finish it off with fresh lime juice and pepper to taste. It’s simple to make and can really liven up your grilled meats or vegetables.

Recipe Notes

  • Yield: 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Pilsner style beer
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime (or to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Steps

Step 1: Melt the butter in a saucepan (put it right on the grill). Add the garlic and cook until fragrant but not brown.

Step 2: Stir in the beer and boil for 2 minutes. Add lime juice and pepper to taste.
